Day 1: Sydney – London

Board your international flight from Sydney to London, the capital of the United Kingdom. It is a 21st-century city with a history stretching back to Roman times. At its centre stand the imposing Houses of Parliament, the iconic ‘clock tower housing ’Big Ben’ and Westminster Abbey, the site of the coronations of many British monarchs. Across the Thames River, the London Eye observation wheel provides panoramic views of the South Bank cultural complex, and the entire city.

Day 2: London

Upon arrival in London, you will be picked up at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy a free day at your leisure in London.

Day 3: London - Cambridge - York (Breakfast)

After breakfast, visit the nation’s acclaimed educational institution: Cambridge University. Cambridge is where many luminaries started their dreams, with pastoral landscapes, picturesque rivers and architecture. The University of Cambridge, including King’s College and Queens' College, is set among rural bridges. Continue your journey to York, a true medieval melting pot of Roman, Saxon and Viking culture. Visit York Minster, the largest Gothic cathedral in northern Europe. Step up onto York city walls, dating back to Roman times. Wander around and discover grass-roots shops.

Day 4: York - Edinburgh - Glasgow (Breakfast)

After leaving York, head to Edinburgh, Scotland’s compact, hilly capital. Upon arrival, visit Edinburgh Castle, set on a volcanic rock structure, and admire the royal crown and jewellery. Continue with a visit to Holyrood Palace and the City Hall. Optionally, you can visit JK Rowling’s Ivory Café where Harry Potter was authored. After exploring Edinburgh, the coach will drive you onward to Glasgow.

Day 5: Glasgow - Gretna Green - Lake District – Manchester (Breakfast)

In the morning, drive to the Lake District, located in the west of northern England. Stop in Gretna Green, a village famous for ‘runaway marriages’ since 1754. Continue to the Lake District National Park, the most visited national park in the UK. Choose to join a boat cruise of Lake Windermere or visit the World of Beatrix Potter attraction. Drive to Manchester, a dynamic city known for sport and industry. Football fans can visit Manchester United’s Old Trafford grounds and perhaps catch a training game. Enjoy a meal in nearby Chinatown.

Day 6: Manchester - Stratford-upon-Avon - Bicester Village - Swindon (Breakfast)

Drive to Stratford-upon-Avon, the hometown of William Shakespeare. Explore the town’s Shakespearean attractions. Later, visit Bicester Village, a popular outlet shopping centre with over 130 fashion and lifestyle boutiques offering savings up to 60% all year-round.

Day 7: Swindon - Bibury - Bath - Swindon (Breakfast)

In the morning, visit Bibury, known as the most beautiful village in England. Continue to Bath, home to the Roman baths and the Royal Crescent, representing Georgian architectural style. Visit Jane Austen’s house and enjoy an elegant English afternoon tea on the banks of the Avon River.

Day 8: Swindon - Stonehenge - Windsor Castle - London (Breakfast)

Depart to Stonehenge, a prehistoric cultural relic and the first United Nations World Heritage site in the UK. After touring Stonehenge, head to Windsor Castle, one of the largest and oldest castles in the world. Inside, glimpse 900 years of British history. St George’s Chapel, representing Gothic architecture, is where Prince Harry and Meghan held their Royal Marriage Ceremony. Return to London.

Day 9: London (Breakfast)

Start the day with a tour of London’s attractions: Big Ben, House of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, Whitehall, St James’ Park, Buckingham Palace and the River Thames. Enjoy a meal in Chinatown. In the afternoon, visit the British Museum and St Paul’s Cathedral if time permits. See Tower Bridge and the Tower of London from the coach. Stay overnight in London and consider a Thames Cruise or a musical in the evening.

Day 10: London – Hamburg (Breakfast, Dinner)

After breakfast, you will be taken to the airport to depart for Hamburg. Upon arrival in Hamburg, you will be taken to the cruise terminal to board the MSC Cruise.

Day 11: Day at Sea (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Indulge in a world-class show performance on the cruise and partake in a variety of onboard activities, including cafes, pools, bars, and restaurants.

Day 12: Rotterdam, Netherlands (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Rotterdam is a major port city in South Holland, known for its vibrant architecture and cultural diversity. Explore exhibitions, attractions, sights, and diverse culinary offerings. The Maritime Museum's vintage ships and exhibits trace the city’s seafaring history. The 17th-century Delfshaven neighbourhood offers canalside shopping and the Pilgrim Fathers Church.

Day 13: Zeebrugge, Belgium (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Zeebrugge, a subdivision and modern port of Bruges, is known for its medieval centre, winding streets, and charming canals lined with impressive buildings. Bruges, the capital of West Flanders, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 14: Le Havre, France (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Le Havre, located on the French shores of the English Channel, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its contemporary architecture. Discover museums with impressionist paintings and beautiful public gardens. Optionally, visit Mont Saint Michel or take a city tour of Paris.

Day 15: Southampton, United Kingdom (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Southampton, a port city in Hampshire, blends medieval charm with modern shopping malls and award-winning parks. Optionally, visit the stunning Roman City of Bath again, known for its Georgian architecture, including the Royal Crescent and the Circus. Explore the Somerset countryside.
