Start the day with a visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame, which is one of the world’s largest museums and research centers dedicated to the preservation and interpretation of American vernacular music. After exploring the Museum’s galleries, the Historic RCA Studio B Tours will transport you back to moments that made history. You’ll stand right where Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton, Waylon Jennings, and other greats recorded hits, and hear stories and songs born in this historically important studio.

Depart Nashville and head west towards Memphis. Memphis is often considered the home of the blues and rock ’n’ roll. The Delta Blues originated in the Mississippi Delta and artists such as B.B. King and Elvis Presley made their first recordings in Memphis. Here we visit the famous Sun Studio in Memphis, where several blues and rock ’n’ roll artists first recorded during the 1950s, followed by a visit to the Stax Museum of American Soul Music, located at the original site of Stax Records. This museum pays tribute to all of the artists who recorded there with a rare and amazing collection of more than 2,000 interactive exhibits, films, artifacts, items of memorabilia, and galleries.

Enjoy a full day visit to Graceland, the last home of the “King”, which was turned into a museum after his death, including the new State-of-the-Art Visitor Entertainment Complex.

Today we travel to Clarksdale, MS for the world-famous Juke Joint Festival! This amazing "half blues festival, half small-town fair and all about the Delta" event features blues performances, real-deal juke joints, monkeys riding dogs, racing pigs, arts & crafts, music workshops, Southern food, and so much more. In the evening we depart the festival and head to Tupelo, MS, so fall into bed at our hotel in Tupelo, the birthplace of the King, Elvis Presley.

Visit the two-room house where Elvis was born before touring the town to view other sites of his childhood. Then, follow the historic & beautiful Natchez Trace Highway into the state of Mississippi and the historic town of Natchez located high on the bluffs overlooking the majestic Mississippi River.

With over three centuries of fascinating history, Natchez has an extraordinary collection of historic buildings, homes and churches, and meticulously maintained antebellum mansions which survived the Civil War. Meet our local step on guide and tour the town with an entrance to one of the antebellum mansions. Continuing south, we arrive in New Orleans, Louisiana.

This morning, enjoy a guided city tour of New Orleans including the Garden District, the Vieux Carré part of town where you’ll see the French Market, Saint Louis Cathedral and the Cabildo, a remarkable Spanish building dating from the 18th century and of course the French Quarter. This evening, join the Natchez Steamboat for a Jazz Dinner Cruise. Savour the beauty and romance of the New Orleans skyline with a great buffet dinner, and entertainment by the Dukes of Dixieland Jazz trio.
